科技行业男女比例不平衡已经不是什么秘密，虽然女性数量仍处于劣势，但其中不乏可与男性比肩的佼佼者。
近日，美国商业杂志《福布斯》发布了2018年科技行业最具影响力的女性榜单。YouTube 首席执行官 Susan Wojcicki 问鼎榜单，IBM 首席执行官 Ginni Rommetty 和 Facebook 首席运营官 Sheryl Sandberg 分列第二三位。
值得一提的是，有四位华裔女性进入榜单前20，其中滴滴出行总裁柳青成为了排名最靠前的中国女性，位列第八，较2017年上升2个名次。
《福布斯》指出，能力越大，责任越大。榜单上的这些女性都是科技行业变革的代言人。她们中的一些人从组织内部努力，致力于解决性别歧视问题；还有一些人要为公司出现的问题承担责任，寻求解决问题的办法，从而推动整个行业前进。
