Nearly one month, I came to the Laos for the project. Since the contract with client has not been finalized, our team is there for negotiation support.
The good news is that some of the contract has been footsigned. Only remaining annexures are waiting to be reviewed and checked.
Part of my team is at site, and others are in Vientiane, we're all here for implementation of the project. Since the construction period is very tighten, our team is eager to push the client and start to work asap.
However, the process is there, we can't escape from any local procedure. So we must wait for the site handover from client to us. Then the local government's support is essential for us.
Tonight, we have diner together and discuss about the procedure. All will work together and make the project successful.
