在官网下载nvm，我现在使用的windows 版本。
目前使用nvm 安装12.14.0报错。后面改为了nodejs 10版本是没有问题的。
设置node 和 npm 国内源
nvm node_mirror https://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node/
nvm npm_mirror https://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/npm/
安装node 10版本
PS C:\Windows\system32> nvm install 10
10.0.0
