total RNA-seq(whole-transcriptome sequencing全基因组测序): 对于所有RNA分子进行测序（编码区，非编码区）

但如果我们只关注编码区的话，显然Total RNA-seq的性价比就不是很高了。这时候我们可以采用ploy(A) plus RNA-seq

ploy(A) plus RNA-seq: 只关心编码区，对于mRNA进行测序
