联合教学开始前的“成功讨论问题清单”

开展联合教学前的准备，是需要参加教师和干系人（Stakeholder）的投入的，包含组织讨论、集体备课、磨课修正等。所以，相信每位教师需要突破很多思考的纠结点跟内心的自我建设，才能决定投入这场“教学革命”中。

在正式开始前，也需要很多的讨论，今天通过Beninghof（2020）的经验总结，分享一个能“成功开始讨论”的问题建议清单。

Q1. How will we introduce ourselves to our students? To parents?
      我们将如何向学生介绍自己？向家长介绍？

Q2. How will we handle correspondence: parents, newsletters, e-mails, report cards?
      我们将如何处理信件：家长、通讯、电子邮件、报告卡？

Q3. Where will we keep confidential information regarding students?
       我们将把有关学生的机密信息保存在哪里？

Q4. What format will we use for lesson planning?
       我们将使用什么形式来备课？

Q5. Will there be a designated space (desk, storage) in the room for Teacher B?
       教室里是否会有一个指定的空间（桌子、储藏室）给教师B？     

Q6. How will we arrange the room?
       我们将如何安排这间教室？

Q7. How will sub plans reflect our co-teaching relationship?
       子计划将如何反映我们的联合教学关系？

Q8. How will we handle disruptions (phone calls, visitor at the door, student behavior)?
       我们将如何处理干扰因素（电话、门口的访客、学生的行为）？

Q9. How will we handle copying and other materials?
       我们将如何处理复印和其他材料？

Q10. What classroom routines do we want to establish (restroom breaks, students late to class, missing assignments, attendance, pencil sharpening)?
      我们要建立什么样的课堂常规（休息时间、学生上课迟到、作业缺失、考勤、削铅笔）？

Q11. What behavior management practices will we have in place?
        我们将有哪些行为管理措施？

Q12. How will we respond to inappropriate behavior?
        我们将如何应对不恰当的行为？

Q13. What will be our approach to homework?
         我们将采取什么方法来处理家庭作业？

Q14. What formative and summative assessment data will we collect? Where will we keep this information?
        我们将收集哪些形成性和总结性评估数据？我们将把这些信息保存在哪里？

Q15. Which methods of communication will work best for us (e-mail, text, wikis, phone, face-to-face, online)?
       哪些沟通方式对我们最有效（电子邮件、文本、维基百科、电话、面对面、在线）？

Q16. When and where will we meet for co-planning and reflection?
        我们将在何时何地会面，进行联合/合作规划和思考？

Q17. What pet peeves do we each have?
        我们每个人都有什么讨厌的事情？

注意：
1、上面用的“主词”都是“WE”（我们），参与的两个或多个教师是联合共同体
2、特别关注17题，许多联合教学团队，会因为没有谈及他们的小毛病或讨厌的事情而遇到麻烦
3、以上的问题，涵盖各种跟教学过程会遇到的议题
