Seven--The Rules

      当我们把讨厌的规则不知不觉的变成一种习惯的时候，就会发现自己其实也没有那么糟糕。

    在本节中作者主要讲了 rules，但是阅读的前提还是要我们自己完全的沉进去（Each deserves your full atttention while you are doing it）

    规则或者做事情的方法有很多，但是人们却不一定实施或者半途而废，结果也不会有什么收获。反之，有些人看起来很努力，也觉得她是在不停的写，但是没有 substantial effects. 在 “learning plateau” 中，要努力的 gain complex skills，In fact, the more complex the performance to be learned, the more frequency such stationary periods appear

   

阅读就像打网球，开车一样，对于规则也可以说是技术上的问题，必须要熟悉、掌握、精通。

      Reading is a complex activity. 但是如果我们能够遵守一些阅读的规则，那么阅读也将会变得简单一点。同时作为一名读者，我们也不会专注于完成认为，而是更注重思想的提高（You will no longer pay so much attention to yourself as a reader, and be able to put your mind wholy on the book you are reading. ）

 

    为什么有 three readings，这只能说是年龄段不同，接受能力也不同，需求也不同。

  The process of understanding can be futher divided：first, as a whole, having a unity and a structure of parts;  second, in terms of its elements, its units of languagevand thought.
