xcode升级到11.2后用xib创建的UITextView运行在iOS13.2上不崩溃，在iOS13.2以下的机型全部崩溃。真是无语了，在xcode11.1时还好的，xcode升级就不行了，bug真多。

更新一下，苹果发了11.2.1版本来解决UITextView崩溃的bug。历史经验告诉我们，不是很有必要的话出了新版本不要马上更新，等过段时间稳定了再更新。今年新版本莫名其妙的bug太多，无语。
