【原材料】:
- 2量杯糖
- 2/3杯玉米糖浆(国内一般用珊瑚糖代替)
- 2/3水
- 喷雾
- 新鲜的可食用三色堇
- 食用色素
- 塑料棒
- 硬糖棒棒糖模具
- 测糖温度计
- 熬糖浆的锅
【制作步骤】
- 往硬糖模具上喷水,放置在一边
- 取一个锅,倒入糖、玉米糖浆和水,旁边插入一个温度计,大火熬煮,直到沸腾,后转中火,直到150摄氏度,关火,调入色素及风味剂调味,搅拌均匀
- 糖水停止发泡之后,用勺子舀一勺糖浆放入模具,放一半即可。
- 轻轻放入一朵三色堇,朝下放置,然后再倒入另一半糖浆,覆盖住花即可。等待冷却变硬,脱模即可。
