Once again, I failed to read the pre-arranged reading schedule and had taught awful lessons. Today is the 9th day of November. Time flied so fast that I was frustrated and nervous. I wanted to improve fast and performed well but I couldn’t. I tried the method from The Willpower Instinct to track down my actions for losing control. I had listened too many good suggestions and changed my regular study habits. Therefore I have no idea how to do better and I can’t feel time. Maintaining a steady input and reflecting them regularly will make me calm. Well, I just wanted to do better. The reality is that I can’t make it one day.
