When you see an old man lying on the road will you help him?

I think i will,but I don't like the old man who use this active to earn money.I hate them.Some of them will ask you to paid many money for them,but you truely didn't hit them for do something bad to them.So when I saw an old man or women lying on the ground,I won't thought to help them first.I need to take some evidence that I didn't hert the man.Then I will find another person stand by side.And then I will help him or her up,but won't hurried to send him or her to the hospital.I would need  a man go with me to the hospital.I think that's safe to help an Unknown stranger.
