巴夏：如何与高我沟通

Excitement is your body's physical translation of the communication from your higher mind 

“兴奋”的感觉，是你的身体在翻译“高我”跟你交流的信息

People on your planet asked all the time. 

你们地球人一直都在问：

How can I get a sign form my higher mind, 

“我如何才能 接收到高我给我的信号（指示）”

How can I learn to communicate with my higher mind, 

“我如何才能 学会跟高我沟通？”

How can I learn to recognize communication from it. 

“我怎样才能辨别 这是不是来自高我的信息？”

I don't know. 

“臣妾不知道啊！”

It must be difficult 

“这肯定很难吧！”

Not at all 

非也 非也！

The things that excite you the most is actually your translation of that communication 

最让你兴奋的事，其实就是你身体 翻译出来的高我信息

So when you are willing to act on the thing that contains the highest excitement 

所以，当你愿意在你最高兴奋的事情上，去行动

That is actually you paying attention to the message from your higher mind 

那说明，你注意到高我发来的信息

That’s guiding you from a higher position, a broader point of view 

高我，祂在更高的角度上，有着更宽广的视角

Saying, 

说：

do this now

“现在做这个”

 do this next 

“然后做这个”

do this next. 

“接下来做这个”

This is the order that works best for you. 

“按这个顺序来做的话，对你是最好的”

And when you act on that excitement to the best of your ability 

当你在最高兴奋上，尽你最大能力 去行动

With zero insistence on the outcome 

并且对于结果“零执着”

That is actually your response to the higher mind 

这其实就是 你对高我的反应

That going. 

你在说：

I hear you loud and clear. 

“我听得清清楚楚”

And so I will act on that. 

“我会去做的”

Knowing that you are guiding me, 

“我知道，你在指引我”

And when you then respond to the higher mind through that action 

当你通过行动，来回应你的高我

Because you are physical 

毕竟你是有一具身体的

So action must be taken 

所以，切身行动是必须的

to demonstrate your commitment to receive that communication from the higher mind 

行动，是你向高我展示，你有决心继续接收祂的信息

When you do that 

当你行动了

Then the higher mind knows your listening 

那高我知道 你有在听

knows your paying attention 

知道你注意到祂的信息

and it can start giving you more things to act on that contain more excitement, 

那祂就开始给你更多，让你做得更兴奋的事物了

But if you're not paying attention 

但如果你没注意到祂的信息

If you're not acting on the excitement that it presented to 

没在祂展示给你的兴奋上 去行动

That it communicates to you. 

没听到祂跟你说的话

Why should give you more.

那祂为何要给你更多呢？

It would be pointless. 

这要做，毫无意义

So the higher mind will always wait for you

所以，高我永远都会等你

to demonstrate that you've heard the higher mind through the translation of excitement 

等你向展示，你已接收到祂通过“兴奋”发来的信息

And that you are willing to respond to the higher mind through your actions 

而且你也愿意通过实际行动，来回应祂

And then you start that dialogue going, 

于是，你们就开始了对话

And you start the ball rolling 

你们的对话的“雪球”就开始滚动

And you start the momentum 

你启动了这股“势能”

And it will accelerate and accelerate and expand from there 

这“雪球”（势能）会滚越快，越滚越大
