杏鲍菇洗净,不要泡,顺着杏鲍菇的纹理撕成长条,越细越好,把杏鲍菇晾干。

两个鸡蛋打入盆内,打散,加入4汤匙面粉,四汤匙的玉米淀粉,不要加水。

把蛋液和面粉,玉米淀粉搅拌成面糊,再加入少许盐,鸡精,五香粉,这时候如果太稠可以加一点清水搅拌均匀。
