When I watched vlogs of those popular Youtubers, there are lots of similar habits they are doing during the days. Those habits including journaling, meditation, workouts, reading. As a lifelong learner, I tried all of those, however, I stop doing some of them even I know that they are good for me.
How to stop quitting myself and be more consistently consistent? Something I found from a broadcast called <The Marie Forleo Podcast> the 272 episodes.
Rule No.1 just choose one habit for the new change. Behaviour science told us if you want to succeed to form a new habit just focus only on one habit.
Then turn your habit into a time-bound personal challenge. Find the link of the time and commit you would like to do and trackable. Set up the time frame and do it. When we are doing it and the habit tracker always can be logged and reviewed.
Make your success inevitable. Ask yourself what made myself can make this change inevitable. Review the progress and know if you're doing, you feel good.
The motivation is making ourselves feeling clear, energize and focus. Work less hours and never burning out.
