To use fresh water without limit, while others argue that the government should have the responsibility to control the use of water resource strictly.From my point of view, I partly side with is the later statement.
It is an ordinary perceive that citizens have the right to use as much fresh water as they want under the situation of full-stored water resource in the country. You can be explained by the fact that dwellers have the duty to pay taxes to the country, so they have the right to use the water resource as you want in the country.
In fact, whether the water resource is full or not, people cannot use it without limit. Because saving natural resources like water resource is to protect the earth, human beings’ home. Although residents have to the right to use fresh water, they should not waste and just to use what they need. Meanwhile governments should control the water resource, which is one of the methods to protect our earth. For example, governments can develop and improve some rules about using water, like adding the water price when people use more than a certain figure. Therefore, it can beneficial for both statements.
In conclusion, people have the right to use water sauce but not waste, government should have the responsibility to control and protect the water resource under a reasonable range.
