如何在 Windows 中执行干净启动
- 通过登录win7的Administrator用户
- 单击“开始”，在“开始搜索”框中键入 msconfig.exe，然后按 Enter 键启动系统配置实用程序。
注意如果系统提示您输入管理员密码或进行确认，请键入密码或进行确认。 - 在“常规”选项卡上，单击“有选择的启动”，然后单击以清除“加载启动项”复选框。（“使用原有 Boot.ini”复选框不可用。）
- 在“服务”选项卡上，单击以选中“隐藏所有 Microsoft 服务”复选框，然后单击“全部禁用”。
- 重启电脑
- 重新执行Python2.7.13的软件包安装程序
- 正确完全安装
