at 用于表达非常具体的地方，比如我们谈论餐厅的名称的时候 “at Starbucks”； 或者给出一个具体地址时 “at 25 Main Street”； 或者说一个特定的地方 “at JFK Airport ”，“at the airport”， “at the office”， “at the library”， “at the supermarket”

On

on 用来描述比具体地方大一点的地方，更宽泛一些： on street， on highway，on floor，或 on Main Street，on Route 66， on the 6th floor
像是roads， streets， rivers...这些都是用on

Somebody lives on Main Street.
I drive to work on Rout 66.
I work on the 6th floor.

In

in 用于大面积区域：a city，a country，or just a large area
