大师游戏II 072～一味

今天是大师游戏第72天星期四，今天把自己以前写的月度复盘又读了一遍，突然发现了写文章的最大好处：

那些文字留住了时光、留住了能量、留住了当时的自己。

特别喜欢这种穿越时光的感觉，最近喜欢读新鲜有味道的书，比如和潜能、神奇、能量这些关键词相关的书，今天发现还有一本书没有读，这本书看上去就很有味道，哈哈。它是《One Taste》

If there is a theme to this journal it is that body, mind, and soul are not mutually exclusive.

一个完整的人是由身心、脑和灵组成的，它们并不是互相割裂的，而是互相交融的整体。
