女儿周末回来,想着她这几天考试挺辛苦的,拿出我的“绝活”,做份“黑胡椒牛小排”犒劳她~ 先用黄油煎拍好的牛小排,至六分熟,盛入盘中。油锅烧热,倒入切好的洋葱末和红椒末,爆香,将煎好的牛肉融合一起,翻炒,佐以红酒调味,加适量盐和鸡粉,再撒点黑胡椒,勾茨…完美收官!(想着不用去牛排店,开支节流,吔!)
