Writing | Suggesting a Third Opt

I've received your email and saw the raise of our rent. $4500 per month, that's a huge amount! I agree that will be a big burden for our business and we need to consider a third option here.

I was quite in favor of just staying where we are in Centerville because we have so many regular customers in this fashionable downtown area and it's really convenient for them to come to be measured for a high-grade clothing during their lunch break. That's the biggest market we have. While your thinking of moving away to the south is too risky that we'll need give up everything and start from zero. Opening a website is maybe a good idea. But the disadvantage is it's time-consuming. So, I have a proposal that may be a good compromise. 

We are moving to a cheaper town near the downtown so that we can reduce our rent cost sharply. At the same time, we create our own wechat official account and wechat group, which are similar to web page but more convenient, cheap for operation. We can maintain our relationship with our regular customers and expand new clients of the town. The showroom can be rebuild online via our wechat official account, where customers can just browse and choose what they like. 

Maybe it's time to change our business model. What do you think?
