训练营的小伙伴提出一个问题，有些句子太长，再加上生词，文章读起来很吃力。
首先说生词：
因为此次训练营的主要目的是培养英语阅读习惯，而不是提高词汇量（当然，提高词汇量算是一个byproduct）。
所以，如果生词不影响理解文章大意，完全可以忽略，读完之后再返回去猜单词意思，最后查词典，把生词变为已有词汇。
如果生词影响理解大意，说明现有词汇量不足，那可以查英英释义词典，记住这些单词，扩大自己的词汇量。
再说长句结构复杂，影响理解的问题：
如果一个句子太长，包含了多个并列成分，多个从句，那可以断句，例如：
Come up with two to-do lists: / one focused on / how you can best leave your job,/ including things like officially giving notice,/ how much time / you’ll continue working (two-weeks is standard),/ who else you need to tell and when / (make sure / you tell your immediate supervisor / before they have a chance / to hear it through the grapevine), whether you want to offer transitional help / in training your replacement, / and whether you’ll want to / be accessible at all / after you’re gone / for lingering questions.
如果断句对你来说有难度，那说明语法有待提高，如果语法纯熟，划分句子结构是轻而易举的事。这种情况下，就要弄清楚这个句子的各个成分，这样下次遇到同样的句子结构就游刃有余了。

You manifest things/in your life/ that are high on your priority list.that…是做things的定语从句，可以和in your life 互换位置么？
回答：如果互换的话，in your life就离things太远了，会被认为修饰的是priority。
如果介词短语和定语从句都是修饰名词，但是介词短语短一些，那就把介词短语放在离名词近的位置，定语从句可以远一点。
make it your mission的it指your passion，make your passion your mission就是让你的激情变成你的使命
把这句话复杂的各种定语和从句去掉，可以简化成：There are several questions.
worth pondering做定语修饰questions，
that will highlight where you value system concerning work was derived.整个一句话是定语从句，修饰questions；这个从句中的where you value system concerning work was derived.是宾语从句；concerning work是动词的现在分词做定语，修饰value system
中 just plain ole good luck 理解为仅仅是有好运气 ，这里的ole意为“老的，旧的”，可以理解为有一如既往的好运气?
2.such as to get out of debt
这里可以把 get out of debt 换成 leave debt 吗
3.supercharged work ethic
ethic 为“道德，伦理”，这样的话感觉和上下文语意不通
2. get out of debt 是固定搭配，没有leave debt这种表达~
3. work ethic是固定搭配，An ethical principle that places greatest value on hard work and diligence. 就是职业道德的意思
