·做人一定要真诚,要善良,但要学会保护自己,但不能太轻易相信别人。
·每天要清楚知道自己一天的任务,每月要有自己的目标,年轻时,付出成功需要的代价,无需过多计较付出与回报。
·和客户交流时尽量不用"我"、"但是",改用用"我们"、"然而"。多为客户着想,尽量让对方说的比我们多,认真聆听客户说的每一句话。买产品前,不要着急销售自己的产品,要先打造完美的第一印象,先把"自己"销售给客户。
