Four Phases (Straightly followed PDCA and Process Approach Method):
1. QMS Expert team identified MINI-Topic Letter(what, who, when), topic list and priority, allocated MPM process. MINI-Topic would come from: SIs, CSR's, Audit LeLe, SWOT's, CIP Topics, BMW Group requirements, Process management/maturity assessment)
2. QMS Expert team handover MINI-Topic Letter to technology, plan and adjustment the topic with technology. (4 times a year)
3. Implementation. (escalation path need to be defined)
4.QMS Expert check effective and efficiency of implementation.
Output:
Annual plan /Topics list and owner/Planned delivery of solutions.
Objective: Maturity of Process, integrated working model, more efficiency.
Comments:
This model was cascaded from TA, landscape was very specific, hope we can have good approach!
As QMS integrator, there would be more challenge, no matter for QMS knowledge, also for technologies, communication loop and management method.
It's really good opportunity to be involved to working for a higher maturity and robust Quality management system.
Next step I would like to sharing my understanding of ACP method. (Agile Crisis Project Management Method).
