霉干菜芋头香菇煎饼原材料:香菇,霉干菜,芋头,面粉,酱油,花生油。

1.香菇冷水泡软,洗干净备用。

2.芋头切成小丁。

3.霉干菜泡15分钟,然后洗干净,注意霉干菜容易有细沙。

4.香菇洗干净,料理机打碎。

5.铁锅烧热,加入花生油,把切丁的芋头切到两面金黄。

4.芋头两面金黄后,就锅里放油,加入香菇及霉干菜煸香,加入一点冰糖,酱油,水,煮一会,收干水。

5.芋头放入霉干菜里面,蒸半个小时。

6.霉干菜香菇芋头里面加入适量的面粉及开水,拌匀,揉成饼状。

7.把饼煎到两面金黄,火不要太大,也不要太小,一面煎金黄后,转另外一面煎,直到两面金黄。

样子一般,孩子蛮爱吃,但是这个菜用油太多,下次估计孩子强烈要求我才会做了。
