丽景湾由于紧临菜市，买菜的人经常把车停到小区的路边，我曾经也停过，还被交警罚了款。因为小区一楼是各种各样的店铺，道路又是单行道，所以在此停车的确影响交通。对于罚款我毫无怨言。
但最近，小区路边同样的位置被交警划上停车位，指派守车人收停车费，同样的地方，同样是停车，收费就不是占道?就不影响交通?让人疑惑。
