1、The way you give instructions to your students.
Before the class ,I’ll present the aim of the class on the PPT and explain them to the students. The set of the aims is according to the activity-based approach to English learning in the new curriculum, there are three stages : understanding, application and innovation. I make the students know what aims they are going to get, and students may have a clear mind of the class. They can read the aims, translate them or I just explain to them.
2.The interaction ways that you applied in your class.
Teacher asks ,the students answer together.
Teacher asks, the students answer one by one.
Pair work: the students work in pairs to make a dialogue.
Group work: the students work in groups to finish the task, to make a debate, to show their opinions on some topics and so on.
3.The method you applied to encourage your students to reflect on their performance in the class.
To make the students give each other good evaluations, they can also show the ways they need to move on.
Give the students evaluations in time.
Let the students show their work on the stage.
Make the other give him a big hand.
If the students get well ,their work can be showed in the shopwindow of the school.
