每每到了周末,一颗文艺和吃货的❤就会悸动,今天小试牛刀,做一道餐桌上备受喜爱的红烧刀鱼

备料:刀鱼5段,放入料酒,生抽,耗油,胡椒粉,老干妈辣椒酱,葱末,蒜末,姜丝,腌制半个小时
然后起锅,油热后放入刀鱼,小火煎至金黄色(记得两面都要煎)

两面都煎至金黄后,将之前腌制刀鱼的料放入锅内,根据个人口味加入白糖和盐

可加入适量水,水量也没过刀鱼为宜,大火烧开,为使鱼更加入味,可以小火慢慢炖,最后收汤装盘
