I have two classes to teach during the term，one is all-females，the other is all-males. The girls are happy to learn what l teach，while the boys are too lazy to train. For example，I am used to spend a lot of time on practicing over and over again by themselves，after initially learning the skills. But the performances are quite different，girls take time to train again and again，only they make themselves master the skills，they have a rest. The boys are alway confident in themselves，so they are talking ，playing sitting during the excecise time. In fact ，most of the boys are not as good as they think. In order to change the condition，I take steps to create boys’ interests. The first step is to arrange the specific times of practice within a stipulated time. The second is to compete with other teams. The winners can get a award such as having a rest. The last teams will be “punished”，they need to do push-ups and sit-ups. The boys have great chang，after Implement the plan.
Everyone is unique and each group has its own characteristics，we need to find the differences to take effective measures. The most important is to love your students and be patient to them.
