23. Therefore the LORD God sent him forth
from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken,

24. So he drove out the man,and he placed
at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims ,and a flaming sword which turned

1.And Adam knew Eve his wife ,and
she conceived ,and bare Cain,and said,I have gotten a man from the LORD .
亚当了解夏娃，夏娃怀孕了，生出赤裸的该隐，他说我受到来自主的惩罚
亚当认识他的妻子夏娃，她就怀孕，生了该隐，便说，主使我得了一个男子。
2.And she again bare his brother
Abel.And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
她在生出他的兄弟亚伯，亚伯一直睡着，但是该隐是这土地耕种者
她又生了他的兄弟亚伯。亚伯是牧羊的，该隐是种地的。
3.And in process of time it came
to pass,that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD.
在这过程中时间流逝，该隐把土地里的果实供给主。
有一次，该隐拿了地里的果子为奉献给主。
4.And Abel ,he also brought of
the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof, And the LORD had respect
unto Abel and to his offering
亚伯，也把得到的鸟兽和肥，主尊敬亚伯和他的供应。
亚伯也带来了他羊群中头生的和羊的油脂。主看中了亚伯和他的奉献。
5.But unto Cain and to his
offering he had not respect, And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
但是对于该隐和他的贡品，主不尊重，该隐非常糟糕，他的脸很凶恶的。
只是看不中该隐和他的奉献。该隐就大大地发怒，变了脸色。

6. And the LORD said unto Cain ,Why art
thou wroth? And why is thy countenance fallen?

7、if thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? And if thou doest
not well ,sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire , and thou
shalt rule over him.
如果你做的好，你怎么会不接受的？如果你做的不好，在门口犯错。你必仰慕他，他必管辖你。
如果你行得好，难道会不被接受？如果你行得不好，罪就伏在门前。他必恋慕你，你却制伏他。
8. and Cain talked with Abel his brother:and it came to pass ,when they were in the field,thatCain rose up against Abel his brother ,andslew him.
该隐和他的兄弟亚伯说：他来来去去，当他们在野地里亚伯反对兄弟该隐起来，杀了他
该隐和他兄弟亚伯说话，当他们正在田间，该隐起来攻击他兄弟亚伯，把他杀了。
9.And the LORD said unto Cain,where is Abel
thy brother? And he said, I know not : am I my brother’s keeper?
主对该隐说，你的兄弟亚伯在哪里？他说，我不知道，我不是我兄弟的监护人

10. and he said, what hast thou done? The
voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground.
crieth古英语一个动词的第三人称单数的表达形式参见cry动词时意思为:叫,喊大声呼喊;叫喊与call的意义相似
他说，发生了什么？你兄弟血液的声音呼喊着我在这大陆上。

,which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand;

12.when thoutillestthe ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength, a fugitiveand a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.
当你耕种这土地，通过她的力量它从今以后必不在生产对你，你必是一个逃亡者，和流浪者在这土地上
你种地，她不再给你效力，你必在地中成为一个逃亡者和流浪者。
13.And Cain said unto the LORD, My
punishment is greater than I can bear.
该隐对主说，惩罚太重了超过我的承受力。
该隐对主说，我的刑罚太重，过于我所能承受的。
14.Belond,thou hast driven me out this day
from the face of the earth, and from thy face shall I be hid, and I shall be a
fugitive and a vagabond in the earth,and it shall come to pass ,that every one
that findeth me shall slay me.
这天你驱逐我从地面，从你的脸使我隐藏，我必是逃亡者、流浪者在这土地上，它必发生，每个人发现我必残杀我。
看啊，你今天将我从这地面上赶逐，以致不见你面。我必成为地中的一个逃亡者和流浪者，这必发生，凡遇见我的必杀我。
15.And the LORD said unto him, therefore
whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him seven fold. And the
LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.
主对他说，因此任何人杀该隐，报复必七次失败，主在该隐上标记，以免有人找到他并必杀他。
主对他说，凡杀该隐的，必遭报七倍。主给该隐设一个印记，免得凡遇见他的就杀他。
