a short Poem

changdangyisixiang, jinjianwuliangguang,

fotuolaijieyin,huiwojilexiang.

I should constantly regard myself as deceased,

I shall be worried because I haven't seen Amitabha Buddha yet,

What if I end up in the hell and suufer intorable penalties for eternity?

Therefore, I should chant Buddha's holy name Without ever stopping,

until his merciful comes to pick me up with other holy audiences,

I shall be overjoyed to return to my hometown of extreme pleasures and happiness.
