稻草人谬误：指双方在争论时，曲解对方的论点，针对曲解后的论点攻击，再宣城已推翻对方论点的论证方式.

The term straw man was coined by logicians to denote an argument without substance. The term shares its meaning with the word scarecrow, a pile of straw stuffed in human clothing and placed in a garden or field to scare away brids.
