    1.养成习惯

    e.g.For years I have been in a habit of getting up before daybreak at four o'clock.
    e.g.The children and youth should be especially careful to develop a habit of courtesy.
    e.g.Make it a habit to pay attention to two things at work: what you love about your job and what you dislike.

    2.出去跑步或散步

    Go out for a jog or walk

    e.g.Make it a habit  to go out for a jog or walk every morning.

    3.下床

    be out of bed/ get out of bed.

    e.g.The moment I get out of bed, I will practice yoga.

    4.开始做

    set out to do sth / set about doing sth

    e.g. Instead of setting about work after graduation, he chose to take a gap year.

    4.黎明前Before daybreak/ before dawn

    e.g. He got out of bed before daybreak and drafted his daily to-do list.

    5.get the feel of 感觉到...

    e.g. It is from inside my study that i've got the feel of predawn Beijing. 我对黎明前的北京的了解是在屋子里感觉到的。

    6.偶然读到Hit upon/ come across.

    e.g. I hit upon a newspaper article about the great man.

    7.In Tian'anmen square. 在天安门广场

    e.g. I came across a street cleaner in the square.

    e.g. I can only picture it in my mind longingly.

    3. 纤细的;微小的;精美的;小巧玲珑的small and having a beautiful shape or appearance

    4. 精致的;精细的;精密的made or formed in a very careful and detailed way

    5. 熟练的;需要技巧的;需要小心处理的;微妙的showing or needing skilful, careful or sensitive treatment

    6. 柔和的;清淡可口的;清香的light and pleasant; not strong
