小主从事汽车配件行业相关的外贸工作,平时回复询盘邮件累计起来,也有不少了。今天对询盘邮件回复要点做一下总结。
1.对客户的询盘表示感谢
2.简单的定位产品质量和价格
3.对产品详情,尺寸,规格,包装等做个简单的叙述
4.付款要求对询价客户也要表明清楚。
下面就举个具体的例子,仅作为示范:
Dear Hellen,
Thanks for your e-mail and we are very pleased to learn that you are interested in our auto parts.(要点一)
As known to you,we mainly supply BNEZ and BMW auto parts.Our parts are good in quality,moderate in price and attractive in style.(要点二)
Each item is packed in a poly bag which is printed company's logo on.Dute to differen part has different size,so some parts are packed in a paper box,sever boxed to a cargo.but most time we pack the goods follow the require from the customer.and pls note that the price we give you is subject to your acceptance wihtin one week.(要点三)
Our ususally practice is that we make shipment within 30 days after reciept of 30% deposit by T/T and the balance need to be paid after we complete the loading.(要点四)
