上次给大家提供了一些模板,今天整理的内容是有关询盘和回复的邮件。
大家都知道做外贸的,最开心也最经常受到的就是询价,能收到询价那么就表明这个客人是对你的产品感兴趣的,同时也是很有可能能成交订单的。另外如果你是做采购的,如何发询盘让对方给你报个好价格也同样很关键。下面我是我整理的笔记:
一. 询盘邮件的步骤及表达:
1.说明信息的来源(这个在我们之前的邮件步骤中都有提到,为了让人相信你且让你的邮件不被第一时间就进垃圾桶,这个还是要简短的一句话概括下的)
you name has been given us by the Chamber of Commerce/the ...Embassy / the ..bank in ...
(我们从在...地方的商会/从...使馆 / 从...银行获悉贵方名称)。
you firm has been recommended to us bu Bayer xx,with whom we have done business for many years.
(多年来与我们有业务联系的xx公司将贵司推荐给我们).
messrs ... of ...have given me your name as sole agents for...
(在... 的...公司向我们介绍了作为...独家代理的贵公司的名称)。
2. 直接说明要购买的产品
we are condidering the purchase of ...
we are interested in importing xxx but we need to have further details of the costs before making a final decision.
(我们有兴趣进口xxx ,但在最后决定前需要进一步了解有关价格的详细情况。)
we are regular buyers of xxx (我们是购买xxx的老客户)
3. 请求对方寄送目录册,价格表,样品
will you please send us your illustrated /latest catalogue and pricelist?
we should like to receive a copy of your latest catalogue and full details of your export prices and terms of payment ,together with samples
kindly let me have a description of your electric hedge trimmers (请贵方寄来电动修剪机的说明书)
4.强调贵方所报价格应合理和具有竞争性
If your quotation is really competitive
If your products and terms compare favorable with those of other suppliers ,we shall send you an order .
Povided price are right.( 前提是价格便宜)
5.询问对方所能提供的折扣,写清你所能接的支付条件和期望的交货时间。
We should like to know if you allow discounts .( 我们想知道,贵方是否给我们折扣)
Please let us have your lowest FOB prices, together with your terms of business, and state your best delivery date.(请告知贵公司最低离岸价和交易条件,并说明最早交货日期)
We require the goods delivery would be effected within six weeks of order.
6.表示订购货物的可能性。
Will you please let us know the 4th April so that we can please our order promptly.
Please let us know by return of post whether you would be interested in such an order .
回复询盘邮件的写作步骤及常见表达方式:
1.感谢对方的询价
这部分的例句可以参考我在 《我的英语邮件自学之路一》中的有关表达感谢的句子参考。
2.表示很高兴附寄。。。给对方
we are please to enclose ...
we are sending you our latest price-list and catalogue.
3.说明所能提供商品的详细信息及有点。
we are confident you will find our products the finest on the market and considerably better than those of our competitors who supply your market at present .
the specimens sent will convince you of the excellent quality of our xxx (你们的产品)
4.表明所提供的价格是合理且具有竞争性的且说明实行价格的期限。
this is the most favorable offer we can make and you will agree that none of our competitiors can equal these terms.(这是我们所能做到的最低报价,您会承认,在我们的竞争者中没有一家能提供与我们一样报价。)
Price si valid until Dec .31
Subject to being unsold ( 以未售出为前提)
5.说明所能接受的付款条件和可能的交货期
Our terms of payment are cash on delivery. ( 我们的付款条件是货到付款 )
We can usually deliver within three weeks of receiving an order ( 通常我们在收到订单后三个星期内可以交货)
6.希望客户对报价满意并能很快收到订单或希望未来长期开展交易
We hope you will find our quotation satisfactory and look forward to receiving your order.
We look forward to doing business with you .
终于把询盘和回复的邮件整理出来了,因为我的工作关系,我用的关于回复客人的询盘邮件会比较多,这里的很多回复邮件的例句都很有用,在工作上也是会经常用到的。很多句子的表达都很好,如果自己写很难表达的这么准确。这些句子又要费点脑细胞记忆了,加油!Animo!
