Today is thursday，it's cloudy and windy.

this morning，I spent ten minutes highlighting four problems to all the inspectors.

1.All the inspectors must observe labor discipline during working time，no more than three peoples in the inspection room at the same time and don't play mobile phones during working time.

2.All the inspectors must take the temperature after scan the  code and mark it on the temperature record.

3.Before get off work，confirm whether the actual quantity of nonconforming products is consistent with the quantity on the disposal form.

4. the inspector put the actual products in front of the PDM sistem and confirm them in the first part inspection process，if qualified，fill the inspection record.

Hope they can do better and better.
