    I woke up at 5:10 this morning.

    we end the Skype meeting about 8:40 last night.

    I received at least 10 emails from the US: about the raw material approval for the MRS plate from GS

    customer complaint from the local market,for this case I didn't received any information before.  so I should ask Spring what happened, why they send the information to the US directly without any communication. I will send all the relative information to the SGC team this morning.

    A definition about the work station for different equipment

    meeting minutes for the two Skype meeting.

    I will go back to Huang DAO district this afternoon, to accompany my family,I am very happy for this.

    For me, it is also the first time to receive this information. And I will get the further information from SGC and then do the analysis, thank for your information.

    I want to clear some information for this file:

    1.        Which parts from Laixi plant, I think there are some parts from SB or Weifang, so please filter them and then reply to us for each product line?

    2.        What’s the detail defect that the customer complaint?

    3.        What’s actual application car model for each part?

    4.        How long the customer used for each part?

    5.        How many miles that the customer used for each part?

    6.        What areas that the customer used for each part?

    After you send us the information, and then I will analysis for top 5 for each complaint. And also please send the relative parts (top 5 that I specified)to us for the further analysis.

    We received the official customer complaint 5 times till now, and we send the official customer complaint information to you and Rick every month. And rejected 4 times due to the actual status ware different from the customer description, and also we sent the analysis report and testingn report that we continue to do this testing for one month about the M83 rusty case to you (we question the actual status of transportation and the customer’s actual storage envionment), I think you already receive each analysis report for official customer complaint. Right?

    So, any customer complaint please send the relative information to us, and then we can do the further analysis, if I cann’t give you the exact analysis report I will turn to Wallace and R&D center for help.
