周六12.08参加了“有办法”的工作坊，3位国外非学校教育的专家+2位国外践行者来分享。
又是一次对我思维的冲击，但是又与我一直以来的理念是接近的，我总觉得我好像越来越靠近自己的理想状态。称之为精神的盛宴一点不为过。
我就分享其中几点令我受益匪浅的观点吧～
NO.1 - The most important skill to acquire now is learning how to learn.
确实在当今以及今后的时代中，知识大爆炸，唾手可得，最重要的是你要知道“How and where"。
NO. 2- What is Education?
Education is learning how YOU learn
Education is studying what is important to you.
Education is teaching yourself.
Education is doing what is important to you.
Education is living a life that fulfills you.
Education is creating a good life.
NO. 3- What are the Principle for successful learning?
1- Have freedom to study what you want and choose your learning path.
2- Be interested. See it as relevant.
3- Self-knowledge is more important than your studies.
YOU are the best subject.
4- Skills and knowledge will take you anywhere you want to go.
Focus on performance.
5- The world is the classroom. (!!!!)
6- Teachers are anything you can learn from: people, objects, books, etc. (!!!)
7- Practice personal responsibility whenever possible.
8- Questions are good.
9- Wise people often say, " I don't know."
10- Failure is feedback, and an opportunity to try more intelligently.
NO.4 - The evolution
Phase 1- SCHOOL-AT-HOME is to bring curriculum from school to do at home.
Phase 2 - Homeschooling is when a leader creates an atmosphere where personalized learning can occur.
Phase 3 - Unschooling is 100% self-directed learning.
NO.5 - 学习是终生的，never too old to learn!!!
