审题引导:哲理类题型的写作核心在于论证“××的重要性”，本题的重要性应最终落在“为自身赢得尊重”上。论证方式有让步论证（先铺垫不尊重他人的常见情形或原因，后转入主题论述）、正反论证（说明尊重/不尊重他人的积极/消极结果）、举例论证（可选个人、团队、企业、国家等等之间的例子说明）等。

词汇准备:尊重的词汇表达和不尊重的词汇表达。respect/esteem/regard 尊重；appreciation/admiration欣赏；disrespect 不敬；prejudice 偏见，歧视；offend/harass 冒犯；laght/mock/tease 嘲笑。

①Everyone desires to be treated with respect,but many of us neglect the fact that respect is like a mirror:if you smile upon it,it smiles upon you.Just as the saying goes,respect others,and you will be respected.

②In interpersonal communication,showing disrespect may lead to failed relationship,in which one can hardly earns other's respect.Take the story about my two friends:one freind Xiaoming is often tease another friend Xiaojie,even harass him.And finally lost the respect of Xiaojie and brought disgrace.The same is true in regard to the relationship among countries. Since New China was born,we have been sticking to the diplomatic principle of respecting others' sovereignty and territorial integrity,and actively assisting developing countries in Africa,Asia and Latin American. We have therfore gained their esteem and trust,and with their support we finally restored the lawful seat in United Nations.

③In sum,only with mutual respect can a harmonious and civilized society be built and the world peace and development be maintained.And we can harvest more respect under such circumstances.
