As a citizen in China which is a large-populated country with a long history of virtues, we can see moral behaviors everywhere in our daily life.
For instance, if you take a bus to go shopping, what happens on the bus can attract your moral sense? An old man gets on with all the seats full. In this case, there’re always someone in the crowd who would get up to offer him a seat. The sense of morality is conducted by people every day.
On the other hand, the kindness in people’s hearts seems to be restrained by the evilness in the society. It’s like the old Chinese saying, once bitten, twice shy. There’re people who fake falling down in order to get money from those who helped them, so people start to be afraid of helping others. And the belief of ‘the less trouble, the better’ occupies people’s minds.
With the rapid development in the society, our moral sense cannot fall behind the development of substance. Everyone should spare no effort to do whatever he or she can to rebuild the goodness of the society.
