今天我们家做的健康的土豆美食是:土豆泥!以下是做法
首先,请出我们的食材们——

这几位就是我们的食材啦!从左到右分别是胡椒粉、盐、黄油(本来得用纯牛奶的,可是家里没有了,就急中生智用牛奶做的黄油代替,味道还是很好哦)、和主角:土豆!

首先把土豆洗净

再把土豆削皮

把土豆切成片,这样待会蒸的话会方便点

把切好的土豆装进盘子里

放到锅里大火蒸15分钟左右

切一些黄油放进一个铁的碗里

这时候可以趁着锅热直接把黄油用手拿着放到锅盖上化掉,如果碗变烫就拿毛巾捏着碗

黄油化好后备用

把蒸好的土豆放进炒锅里,小火

加入黄油(or加入牛奶)

翻炒加剁碎

放入胡椒粉……啊呀,手滑放多了,弄出来一些吧

继续搅拌和剁碎,加盐

加完盐搅拌后关火(加纯牛奶就等土豆把牛奶吸收干了),之后把土豆泥仔细的剁成泥后就可以享用啦!味道很像肯某基里的土豆泥的味道哦!
