I have a interview chance to a big company, because of the COVID-19 and the distance, the interviewer has given me a call instead of the communication in a face-to-face way. The whole process lasted 46 minutes.
In the first period, we had a good conmunication, for the content of the work or the value of both side, we can all agree with each other. To my surprised, at last, the interviewer asked the English level of me. I told him that I can use English for a simple communication. He said he would let me take a oral test in order to know the English level of me. Then he asked what is the most successful thing I did in my last job. I answered this question in a fractured English. During the whole process, I could understand what he said, and he could also understand what I said. Even though my English was not fluent, I am satisfied with the performance of me.
At the end of the interview, he asked if I had some questions to ask him, after several questions, I asked the last one, that is if I have the chance to join his company, what should I learn before the entry. He had listed 3 items for me, including improving the English level.
This English interview is surperised for me, I don't know this work which I had interviewed need the ability of good English communication. But from this, I have realized that I should't limit my English in a simple level, I should study hard and make progress every day.
Today is the second month that I have read and listened English news, today is also the fourth day that I have written English essays. I believe that it's never too late to start, cheer up!
