To be the better one

Though I always tell myself life is beautiful, I know the truth is that there is a long distance yet.

To read book everyday, even just one page.

To take exercise everyday at least 30 minutes, don't just complain you are fat again, because that can't lose weight, but taking exercise can.

To study english 30 minutes everyday, including listening and speaking. if possible, writing an english artical each day.

To be the better one

To enjoy the life appropriately. Don't forget to enjoy life when chasing the dreams.

To care for the peopole around you who love you and you love.

To be kind all the time and you will receive kind from others.

To slow down your pace and learn to enjoy the sights on the way.

To cry when you are sad and leave it behind, use smiles to embrace the new day.

To be the one you want to be.
