1、准备一个方形的不沾容器,擦干水分 ,在容器底部铺一层椰蓉;

2、40克玉米淀粉,倒入80ml牛奶中,搅拌均匀,放一旁备用;

3、160ML牛奶,100g淡奶油,20g细砂糖一起放进奶锅,中小火一边煮一边搅拌;
待奶液煮开,立刻将步骤2的混合液再次搅匀,倒入锅中;

4、转小火,用硅胶铲迅速搅拌,五到十秒,锅内原本流动的奶液开始变粘稠;

5、奶液变粘稠马上关火,铺平在事先准备好的方形容器内,彻底晾凉后,密封放入冰箱冷藏一夜;

6、从冰箱冷拿出来,倒扣在硅胶垫上,切成2CM大小的方块,滚一层椰蓉或者奶粉,就完成了;

7、冷藏好的奶油小方,切成三厘米左右的长条;

8、奶条先沾一层低筋面粉,再沾一层蛋液,最后裹一层面包糠,放在烤盘上;

9、烤箱上下火均180℃,预热5分钟,烤盘放入烤箱中层,烘烤10分钟左右;
