Mindfulness:Send A Rose 正能量:送玫瑰

It's a mindfulness meditation adapted from Lou Grantham, centered upon your health and that of your loved ones  这是劳·格兰瑟姆(Lou Grantham)改编的正念冥想,着重于您和您亲人的健康

First, I'd like you to find a comfortable position– seated or lying down is just fine  首先,我希望您找到一个舒适的姿势-坐着或躺着就好
