How do you feel about your recent life? Comfortable, so-so anxious, or passionate?
Life is like a curve. It starts from a low position and goes up slowly. Later, it gets its first plateau and may stay there for a long time. At that time, people may feel comfortable. But later they will feel so-so. Suddenly, their life curves suffer a tough moment, which makes them anxious. So, people struggle and their life curves go up again. After a hard time, the curve gets another plateau, and people feel comfortable again, and then so-so.
As people’s feeling changing, their life curves spiral. One day, when people look back, they surprise: wow, my life curve boost so much. And at that time, they feel passionate to the life.
心得一：
之前都是把每天的作业拖到晚上才做的，这周开始上午就开始写作业，虽然分享单词部分很多时候是晚上开始，但是因为配音部分早早完成了，所以每天学英语的比之前觉得简单多了。
心得二
听力的学习：自己听了三遍一个有关心理学的练习。今天做了白雪老师的听力作业，已经十三年没有做这样的听力练习了，对自己的表现还算满意。除了自己的英语，更满意的是自己面对挑战时的心态，不是放弃，而是即使知道自己做的不完美，还是硬着头皮做下去。
心得三
每日互学还不错，学习是为了更好地使用，互学既学习了英语，又增加了互动，提高了自己在群里的活跃度。现在的互学内容是以当日分享单词为基础的，可以尝试一下加一点和同学的互动。互动内容再议。
