第一，关于定制类产品的样品，我们一般会收取一定的样品费和运费，那么如何给客户解释这些事情呢？
1，As you know, it is custom-made sample, it will need to order the special materials and arrange extra worker to make it, so hope you undertake the sample fees,
如你所知，这是定制的样品，我们需要定制材料和专门安排工人去做这个样品，所以希望你能支付样品费。
2， It is busy production time, about the sample, we have to pay overtime cost to our worker for making sample for you. so we have to ask you for the sample fees.
这是销售旺季，关于样品，我们需要让工人加班完成，并且支付工人的加班费，所以不得不向你索要样品费。
3，For both the sample materials and labor costs rised in recent years, the sample fees shall be paid by your side.
由于近年材料和人工成本增加，需要你方支付样品费用。
4. We require the sample charges for paying for the designer workshop,
我们需要样品费以支付设计师的费用。
5.We ask for the sample fees because the the sample quantity is larger which is above our normal range.
我们之所以要样品费是因为您要的样品数量已经超过了我们正常的范围。
第二，对于普货来说，一般样品免费，但是需要客户承担运费
1，We can provide the free sample and you pay the sample freight. which is equal for our both.
我们提供免费的样品，你方承担运费，这样对我们双方都公平。
2. Do you have the collcetor express company account ? such as import DHL or TNT number for sending samples.
你有到付快递账号吗？比如DHL 或者TNT进口账号用于收取样品的。
3.If you do not have the cooperated express company. we will check the sample freight and tell you.
如果你没有合作的快递公司，我们将检查快递费用然后告诉你。
4.Please check the samples PI enclosed files and we will send the sample to you once get your freight.
请检查附件里的样品发票，快递费收到后就会寄送样品。
5. We show our sincerely for free sample. and you show your sincere for Frieght charges.
我们寄送免费的样品表达我们的诚意，您通过承担运费表达您的诚意。
第三，对于即不想支付样品费又不想支付运费的客户。
1.We can provide the free samples and theexpress company fees can be deducted from the order when sample test is passed.
我们提供免费的样品，等样品合格后正式下单的时候会在订单中扣除您之前支付的快递费。
2.It is worth for you to take a little fees to find a good products. especially. the little money is for the third express company. not for us.
去花一点小钱就能找到一个好的产品是件值得做的事情，而且这钱是给第三方快递公司的，而不是给我们。
3. If you think the postsge fees is too high. and you do not care the delivery time. we can help you find a cheaper express company.
如果你觉得这家公司的邮费太高，而且不在乎收到的时间，我们可以帮您找一家更便宜点的快递公司。
4.As the sample quantity is bigger and the CMB is larger. so the air Frieght is a little expensive. and for support our work. we can undertake half. you just transfer half of the total fees is ok.
鉴于样品的数量和体积很大，所以样品空运费会有点高，为了表示我们对彼此工作的支持，我们可以承担一半的费用，您只需要支付一半的快递费过来就可以了。

第四，样品寄出去后的跟踪服务

2.We just check the tracking message. and it shows that the sample will be delivered in these two days. so pls notice that.
我们刚刚查询快递信息，显示快递将在两天内派送，请注意查收。
3.The tracking message shows that the sample has been signed by xxx. if you get the sample.pls let me know.
快递信息显示样品已经被某人签收，请告诉我您是否拿到了样品。
4.Could you tell us when the sample test will come out? how long it will take?
方便告诉我样品检测结果什么时候出来吗？大概需要多长时间
5.How about the sampe test now? can you tell us the results?

第五，样品检测结果出来后的处理情况

2. Could you tell us what index is different? then we check if we can adjust the index and re-send the sample for you.
您能告诉我是哪个指标不合格吗？我们核实一下看能不能调整，调整后从新给您寄送样品。
3.This little point is not effect the using. and we will take more care on this point when mass production .
这点小瑕疵或者做工不影响使用，我们在大量生产的时候会格外注意的。
4.We have wasted so many time on the sample confirmation. if not larger gap. we suggest you to put a trial order to check the mass commodities.
我们在样品的核对上花费了大量的时间，如果没有太大出入，我们建议您下个试订单看看批货的质量。
