When you negotiate the contract, much attention must be paid to ：
Balanced risk which is usually shifted to start with definition whcih departs from Fidic
when in doubt, refer to Fidic
Make sure that your definition do not add respoinsibility and or risks
remember the Fidic Golden Rules.
Owner normally doesn't want to have DAAB, because it costs a lot, very expensive. So in practice, they will prevent hiring the DAAB.
But advisor thinks we shall have this mechanism in our schedule to protect ourselves.
Proper Payment clauses make sense.
