The training on the 2 days the weather started a bit cold but with time it become better. The first training we the played the stilling the ball from the middle we increased the number in the middle slowly maximum in the 2 people in the middle this warm up the players and they get familiar with the ball. Then introduced the running exercise which includes coordination and running where they have to compete then the loosing team have to be responsible.
The Training on 24-25After on the technical part we made dribbling and passing including running they have to pass from a set area and then next one have to do the same and then try to reach a high number of passing with the teammate then we introduced the attacking and defending 1vs1 after a command this help the kid to quick think where they have to score at a small goal and another have to defend the goal.
Then we did shooting practices by passing the ball between 2 people and shoot after reaching to a shown area this was done with a ration with the players since they were divided into 2
The second session we did a warm up of directing the ball from one area to another then we introduced the coaches to quick there ball out and then the one who lost the ball he has to help the coaches the one who still have the ball he gets a point
The Training on 24-25And on the second part we did the dribbling using the inside and the out from one area to another then passing then we did the same exercises involving shooting this exercise helps the kid in the shooting
