最近经常听到看到“自律”二字,包括发生的很多事情都在提醒我需要自我约束了,不然一切所谓的追求都是空想罢了。
Recently, I often hear and read the word “self-discipline”,together with many things that have happened all remind me of the need for self-restraint. Otherwise all the so-called pursuit is utopian.
昨天看到一篇文章,内容很简单,就是介绍自己如何做到自律的,其中最重要的一点是要有计划,把自己的目标分阶段的列成一个个可执行的小计划,每天强制自己去达成这些小的目标。慢慢的也就发生质变了。
I read an article yesterday. The content,very simple,is mainly to introduce how to do self-discipline. The most important point is to have a plan. You can divide your goals into several small ones in stages and make small plans that can be carried out for each goal. Then force yourself to achieve these small goals every day. Slowly, qualitative change will take place.
这个方法应该也很适合我或者说绝大多数人,我的生活就太缺少规划了。由于目前我的目标还不明确,所以打算先从列计划开始,慢慢完善目标。文末会附上我的计划,希望在大家的监督和见证下,自己能够茁壮成长,走向自律!
I think this method may work for me and most people. My life is just too unstructured. Since my goal is not clear at present, I will start with making and finishing plans and gradually improve my goal. My plan will be attached at the end of the article. I hope I can grow up strongly and become self-disciplined under the supervision and witness of the public.
我的每日计划(暂行)My Daily Plan (provisional) :
1、读20页书 Read 20 pages;
2、写一篇文章(中英双语)Write an article (both in Chinese and English);
3、练字(30mins~1h)Practicing Chinese handwriting(30mins ~ 1H);
4、学习15个单词和一篇英语文章Learn 15 words and an English article.
