酒店厨师已下班,只有面点,遂巡游街边,多冷淡杯,折回酒店点小吃。意料之外,很丰盛。

1.早睡早起:x
晴 ,昨晚亥时正休息,今早卯正起。
2.锻炼:V
坐了一天车,步行5000多步。
3.饮食:v
胃疼症状基本消失,早餐一杯牛奶+一杯黄酒+半个馒头,
午餐,一粒桑麻丸+服务区自助餐,

①早睡早起:每周一次达到晚10:30前就寝,早6:00-6:30起床目标。
②锻炼:每天“八部金刚功”完成一部或打坐5分钟以上或站桩5分钟以上或步行5000步以上或登山骑车等运动皆可。
③学习:阅读每天1页+其他~如朗读听写抄写……
④健康饮食:每餐不过饱,少吃垃圾食品。
