风云社区是由电子科技大学及天府软件园工作的技术热爱者们于2012年1月1日创办的资源社区，社区旨在普惠软件、图片、音乐、视频、素材、文档等互联网资源、为大众提供多样化的服务，以及主要涵盖学术科学、电脑技术、文化人文、体育健身等领域的知识和信息，获得用户的支持和认可，成为开放、和谐、共享的网络社区。
风云社区发展历程

2011年12月31日，风云社区开始内部测试，只允许风云社区站创始人和部分电子科大校友参与。
2011年12月31日，《风云社区管理规则》颁布，由创始人组织的风云社区站务委员会正式成立。
2012年1月2日起， 社区开放外网用户注册，开始公测。
2014年12月28日，社区4.0发布上线，新增站内消息等功能。
2016年12月28日，社区6.0发布上线，新增积分功能。
2017年12月28日，社区8.0基于开源Php架构改版上线，新增Gravatar 头像功能支持。
2018年12月28日，社区10.0正式推出，开通社区赞助渠道并提供多达34个国家的语言支持，面向全球开放。
风云社区管理机构

一、风云社区站内事务的最高决策机构是风云委员会，负责决定风云社区的重大决策，下设常务机构风云管理委员会，负责监督本社区的日常事务。
二、站内日常事务由站务委员会负责处理，站务委员会中由1名总负责和3名负责人组成常务委员会，负责站务委员会的日常运作。
三、站务委员会常务委员会由风云委员会任命，对风云委员会负责，接受风云管理委员会的管理和监督。
四、站务委员会下设若干部门和小组，负责相关事务，部门和小组的设立和撤销及职能变更由站务委员会常务委员会讨论通过，风云社区管理委员会批准。
Introduction to WindCloud Community
The WindCloud community is a resource community founded by the technical enthusiasts working in the University of Electronic Science and Technology and Tianfu Software Park on January 1, 2012. The community aims to use Internet resources such as software, pictures, music, videos, materials, and documents. Providing a wide range of services to the public, as well as knowledge and information covering academic science, computer technology, culture and humanities, physical fitness and other fields, gaining the support and recognition of users, and becoming an open, harmonious and shared network community.

On December 31, 2011, the WindCloud community began internal testing, allowing only the founders of WindCloud Community Station and some of the Electronic Science and Technology University alumni to participate.
On December 31, 2011, the "WindCloud Community Management Rules" was promulgated, and the WindCloud Community Station Committee organized by the founder was formally established.
Beginning January 2, 2012, the community opened the external network user registration, began public beta.
On December 28, 2014, Community 4.0 was released online, adding new station information and other functions.
On December 28th, 2016, Community 6.0 was released online and added points.
On December 28th, 2017, Community 8.0 was launched based on the open source Php architecture, and added Gravatar avatar function support.
On December 28, 2018, Community 10.0 was officially launched, opened a community sponsorship channel and provided language support in up to 34 countries, opening to the world.
WindCloud Community Management agency

1. The highest decision-making body for WindCloud community station affairs is the WindCloud Committee, which is responsible for determining the major decisions of the WindCloud community. The WindCloud Management Committee, the standing agency, is responsible for overseeing the daily affairs of the community.
2. The daily affairs of the station shall be handled by the station committee. The standing committee shall be composed of a general manager and three responsible persons in the station committee, responsible for the daily operation of the station committee.
3. The Standing Committee of the Station Committee is appointed by the WindCloud Committee and is responsible for the WindCloud Committee and accepts the management and supervision of the WindCloud Management Committee.
4. The station committee has a number of departments and groups to be responsible for related affairs.
